Mammootty’s Raja Narasimha Movie Review

1094

STORY

NCS sends Madhava Rao to find out illegal activities which are being done by Girisham (Jagapathi Babu) in Palakurti village and orders to submit a report. Raja Narasimha (Mammootty) enters to bail his brother Chinna Raja Narasimha (Jai) from false accusation. His greed to become Politician makes him contest for by elections. Who is this Raja Narasimha and how he comes across Girisham forms rest of the story.

Director Vysakh came up with the same story line as of Puli Murugan but with different cast. There are so many elevation scenes hyping the entry of Mammootty in Pre interval but the actual disappointment comes after his entry. MLA arrest and election campaign scenes relieves audience from messy narration. Cinematography is good and BGM by Gopi Sundar is always apt and satisfying to the storyline but he did terrible job as per the songs are concerned. Can’t even talk about Sunny Leone item song, it’s pathetic.
