Venky Mama Review

Venky Mama is a special film for Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya as the real-life bonding of mama alludu reflects on screen. Daggubati and Akkineni fans have been excited since the announcement of this film for this lovely combination and for the fact this film is right after trio tasting huge success with F2 (Venkatesh), Majili (Naga Chaitanya) and Jai Lava Kusa (Director Bobby) expectations are way too high. Did the film reach expectations? Let’s see!

Coming to the story Venkatesh takes care of Naga Chaitanya after the latter’s parents die in an accident. In the process of finding a match for his Venky mama, Chaitanya comes across Payal Rajput who is a Hindi teacher. How Chaitanya meets Raashi Khanna and why he joins the Army is the rest of the story to watch.

Director mishandled the whole film with the routine script, weak narration and screenplay. Much anticipated Army episode is a big let down. Background score and production values are good. With such cast he can at least make it a fun ride with Venkatesh but failed to do so.
